Red Arrow Energy/CMR Energy Houston, Texas, USA [May 2007 – October 2009] 

Engineering Manager Responsibilities included reserve qualification for Red Arrow Energy (Bakken, Glen Rose, Austin Chalk and Smackover) and CMR Energy (Glen Rose, Austin Chalk and Georgetown).  Worked closely with field personnel to lower LOE to extend life of properties in low price environment.  Served as key member of the due diligence team, working closely with the G&G and operations staff to identify exploitation opportunities for the company.

Petroleum Engineer Responsibilities included economic evaluations for acquisitions, divestitures, borrowing base determinations and estate evaluations.  Representation of clients before the Texas Railroad Commission in matters regarding field rules, injection permitting, classification issues, spacing and density, and taxation.  Specialized in oil and gas expert witness before state and district courts.

Platt, Sparks & Associates Austin, Texas, USA [September 1992 to December 1995]

Petroleum Engineer Performed regulatory compliance responsibilities for clients before the Texas Railroad Commission.  Worked in a team environment providing expert witness testimony on oil and gas litigation.  Prepared economic analysis and reserve determinations for various clients.

The Terry Companies Houston, Texas, USA [July 1988 to May 1992]

Principal Engineer Responsible for year-end reserve and economic evaluation on all operated and non-operated properties.  Evaluated potential reserve acquisitions and calculated reserve economics for drilling prospects.  Coordinated drilling and completion prognosis for wells, negotiated bids, prepared AFE's and developed a working relationship with vendors.  Supervised state regulatory filings, prepared for and attended Railroad Commission hearings.
