Operations Engineer II Managed all forms of well intervention operations (non-P&A) for southwestern Delaware Basin assets (63,000 net acres, ~480 operated wells).  Responsibilities included planning, budgeting and supervising workover operations, performing post job analyses, optimizing artificial lift systems and vendor procurement.

Drilling Engineer I & II Worked across drilling fleet on drilling operations and documented procedures.  Analyzed drilling parameters to maximize drilling efficiencies.  Responsible for tracking drilling records, generating directional documents for permitting, aiding head engineers with projects and working with geologist to develop best practices for geosteering.
